(“Exela” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:XELA), a location-agnostic global business process automation (“BPA”) leader across numerous industries, today announced that discussions between an internationally recognized private equity firm and the Company’s Special Committee of Independent Directors, which was formed to evaluate a preliminary non-binding indication of interest received from such firm and HandsOn Global Management, have terminated.
