When was Exela incorporated and when did it go public?
Exela Technologies, formerly known as Quinpario Acquisition Corp. 2 (“Quinpario), was a blank check company formed on July 15, 2014, for the purpose of entering into a merger, stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, recapitalization, reorganization or other similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. It went public on January 15th, 2015. Quinpario completed a business combination transaction, acquiring SourceHOV Holdings Inc. and Novitex Holdings Inc., and was renamed Exela Technologies, Inc., on July 12, 2017.
